Matrix Clarity is a free tool for finding the right responsibility matrix and filling it in. Here is why I built it.
My name is Adam Tibi and I live in London. I needed a RACI chart for a piece of work, so I did what anyone would do and searched for a template generator online.
I could not find a good one. The free sites that promised a dynamic template were thin, and several of them were blocked by my corporate proxy the moment I opened them at work, which is exactly where I needed the chart. The rest wanted an account, an email address, or a payment before they would hand over a simple grid.
So I decided to build the site I had been looking for. Matrix Clarity helps you find the exact matrix for your situation, or build your own when no named variant fits, then fill it in and export a clean result you can hand to your team. No account, no paywall, nothing to get past a proxy.
That is the whole idea. It is free, it is public, and it is built to be fast and genuinely useful. I update it from time to time, when I have the time. If it saves you the search I went through, it has done its job.
